This role is focused on commercial and institutional roofing projects , with a strong emphasis on building relationships with municipalities, government entities, school districts, and commercial property owners .

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop new business across the Texas Panhandle commercial market
• Build relationships with municipalities, government agencies, school districts, and commercial property managers
• Identify roofing repair and replacement opportunities
• Conduct roof evaluations and prepare proposals
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through project award
• Maintain an active pipeline and long-term client relationships

Work includes TPO, metal roofing systems, repairs, and full roof replacements .
