An established commercial roofing contractor with a strong reputation in the Texas Panhandle is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to help grow its presence in the region.
This role is focused on commercial and institutional roofing projects , with a strong emphasis on building relationships with municipalities, government entities, school districts, and commercial property owners .
If you enjoy developing long-term relationships, identifying project opportunities, and working in a market with consistent demand, this could be a strong opportunity to build a lasting book of business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop new business across the Texas Panhandle commercial market
- Build relationships with municipalities, government agencies, school districts, and commercial property managers
- Identify roofing repair and replacement opportunities
- Conduct roof evaluations and prepare proposals
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through project award
- Maintain an active pipeline and long-term client relationships

Work includes TPO, metal roofing systems, repairs, and full roof replacements .
