Spa Attendant

Position: Spa AttendantResort: Chatham Bars Inn, Chatham, Massachusetts Responsibilities Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of locker rooms, relaxation room, treatment rooms, outdoor and pool areas, and fitness room. Greet guests, orient them to spa amenities in the locker room, and escort them to the relaxation room prior to treatments. Provide knowledgeable food and beverage service; take food and beverage orders at the pool and use the POS system. Respond promptly and follow up on guest requests and needs. Understand and adhere to Forbes Standards. Qualifications Ability to obtain CPR and first aid certification (preferred). Engaging and welcoming personality. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. Excellent communication skills. Physical ability to bend, push/pull, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedule that allows working weekends and holidays.
