Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized IT technician to support for incoming queries and issues related to MAC and PC systems, software, and hardware. The successful candidate will perform Help Desk Support, including walk-in management, ticket assignments, and answering the Help Desk phone and provide hands-on support for IT issues within our organization. Responsibilities and Duties Keep systems up-to-date through operating systems upgrades Support with the implementation and ongoing support of new software and features. Set up new employee user profiles on system networks and processes new hardware shipment Administer technical support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed Counter to IT issues, hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc Assess connectivity issues, equipment, and software Assist with Servers, computer repair/troubleshooting software, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi technology, and more Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders Qualifications High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+ certification or other related IT professional certification; meet all state-required licensure/certification Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
