By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.Req ID: 55698Work on a large development project and provide estimates for ETL Development.Provide application design and documentation that spans multiple applications and/or functions.Participate and lead on complex projects with significant impact on IT and / or business.Mentors offshore team members.Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.Works with technical staff and business to understand problems with software and assist to resolve them.Create software design specifications addressing the business requirements, utilizing the appropriate specifications and templates.Service Now (or similar tools like JIRA, Remedy) ticket handling and problem ticket analysis.On Call Support as required during the week ends and off hours.Root Cause analysis for ETL job failures/Data issues raised by business.End of Life system verification and upgrades. Perform regression testing and approve the overall upgrade or setup.Knowledge of Relational and Dimensional data modeling, Star / Snowflake Schema.Mentored and monitored offshore and onsite development teams with regular calls on the commonly raised issues and propose permanent fixes.This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.
