Noodle Express on Broadway Team Members

Job Description

Job Description

At Noodle Express, we believe great food takes a great team—and everyone deserves to share in the rewards.

Our generous tip pool adds approximately $5–$7 per hour to your regular hourly pay! Whether you're cooking delicious meals or taking care of our guests, all eligible non-management team members share equally in the tip pool based on hours worked. That's right—our kitchen team earns tips, too!

We're looking for friendly, dependable, hardworking people to join our Broadway Missoula team. Whether you're an experienced restaurant pro or looking for an opportunity to grow your skills, we'd love to meet you.

We are looking for Cooks, Cashiers, and Dishwashers.

• Excellent earning potential: Hourly wages PLUS an additional $5–$7 per hour in shared tips, depending on the day.
• A true team environment: Everyone pitches in, everyone matters, and everyone shares in the tips.
• Flexible scheduling: Full-time and part-time opportunities.
• Great benefits: Health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company matching for eligible employees.
• Employee meal discounts: Enjoy the food you help make.
• Room to grow: Learn new skills and explore opportunities for advancement.

Our restaurant team works together to deliver fresh, flavorful food and exceptional service. Depending on your position, you'll:

• Prepare and cook delicious Asian-inspired meals.
• Greet customers, take orders, and create a welcoming experience.
• Work alongside your teammates to keep service fast, accurate, and organized.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked restaurant.
• Jump in and help wherever the team needs you.

You don't need a fancy résumé to be a great fit here. We value people who:

• Show up reliably and take pride in their work.
• Bring a positive attitude and enjoy working with others.
• Stay organized and focused when things get busy.
• Care about great food and excellent customer service.
• Are willing to learn, contribute, and be part of a successful team.

Restaurant experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and teamwork matter just as much.

Noodle Express has been serving fresh, flavorful Asian-inspired food since opening our first restaurant in Missoula in 1992. We're proud of our food, but we're even prouder of the people who make it happen.

If you're looking for a workplace where hard work is appreciated, teammates support each other, and your paycheck benefits from everyone's success, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and join the Broadway Noodle Express team!
