DEREK LAM - Pattern Maker
\nLocation: New York, NY (Onsite)
\nWe’re looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to join our product development team, working on women’s advanced contemporary apparel.
\nResponsibility
\n- \n
- Develop patterns from sketches, tech packs, and design direction, from first pattern through production \n
- Create and refine blocks and slopers for consistent fit across the line \n
- Work closely with design, product development, and sourcing to translate design intent into well-constructed, well-fitting garments \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 10-12 years of pattern making experience in women’s advanced contemporary or a comparable market \n
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and fit, including woven and knit fabrications \n
- Proficiency in Lectra (Modaris) is required \n
- Excellent attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication \n
- Ability to work onsite in our New York office \n
Salary : 100K-120K
