Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapist to join our skilled team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and initiative in the inpatient rehab setting, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to optimize patient care.
• Document treatment progress using BURT EMR - Meditech.
• Support and encourage patients during rehabilitation therapy sessions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Basic knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation.
• Ability to work a minimum of two weekends per month.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in a similar rehabilitation setting preferred.
