Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join a specialized cardiac unit focused on diagnostic and testing procedures. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment, supporting advanced cardiac testing and imaging.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrocardiograms, echocardiograms, stress tests, and heart monitoring procedures accurately.
• Assist cardiologists with diagnostic procedures and advanced imaging, including cardiac CTs.
• Monitor patient conditions closely during inpatient and outpatient testing, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Educate patients on test preparations, procedures, and post-test care.
• Document clinical findings and procedural details meticulously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with active registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac or diagnostic nursing.
• Proficient in performing and interpreting cardiac diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Strong clinical skills in patient monitoring and cardiovascular care.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
