Job Description We currently have a great opportunity for an Agency Title Clerk at one of our Tag Agencies. Relatable experience is a plus, such as: Loan Processor Claims Processor Mortgage Loan Processor Bank Teller Insurance Agent Credit Union Clerk Knowledge of transactions / paperwork processing Qualifications General abilities: strong communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent interpersonal skills; attention to detail; basic computer proficiency; ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. Language proficiency: read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos; write simple correspondence; present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations. Math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, compute rate, ratio, percent, interpret bar graphs. Reasoning: apply common sense to carry out instructions, deal with problems involving several variables. Education: high school diploma or GED; and equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates: pass criminal background check. Physical requirements: stand, use hands, reach, lift up to 10 pounds; vision: close, peripheral, depth perception. Work environment: moderate noise level. Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct customer service. Provide telephone and/or email customer service. Complete Motor Vehicle forms and title documents. Keep office and paperwork organized. Stop, start, and resume interrupted tasks. Scan and file documents. Maintain inventory control. Prepare transactions for Motor Vehicle Run. Review and correct completed transactions. Check through completed transactions and/or pending transaction files; contact clients as reminder. Research, verify, and process documents for titles and registrations on vehicles, boats and recreational vehicles. Process handicap permits. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Interact with the general public daily. Respond promptly and politely to customer inquiries. Acknowledge and resolve customer issues. Schedule 8-hour shift Full Time - Day shift Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays Experience Requirements Tag Agency: 3 years (Preferred) Title processing: 3 years (Preferred) Data entry: 4 years (Preferred) Document management: 4 years (Preferred) Ability to commute to the location Pay Hourly pay will be based on experience and knowledge.
