Description The Sonographer is responsible for all aspects of the Ultrasound department, including performing routine and STAT diagnostic ultrasound procedures for ED, inpatient, and outpatient patients in a hospital environment. This role assists physicians with invasive ultrasound procedures, evaluates appropriate ultrasound techniques and probe selection, and ensures comprehensive imaging in accordance with physician orders and Radiologist protocols under the indirect supervision of the Radiologist Requirementsp]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">ARDMS Certification required, with one registry (Abdomen, OB, Etc.) ? p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Wyoming State License required.? p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> BLS certification required.? p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Two to three years' experience as a Sonographer in a hospital or emergency/acute care setting preferred.
