Registered Nurse RN

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position on our Medical/Telemetry Unit. In this role, you will provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care, assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families, develop and implement individualized care, treatment, and discharge plans, perform hourly rounds to ensure safety, comfort, and environment quality, collaborate with the care team and family, and utilize effective communication practices to ensure seamless transitions of care. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited RN program Current Nevada nursing license BLS and ACLS certification At least one year of acute care experience (full-time) or three years part-time. Skills Required Strong assessment and care planning abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient safety and service excellence.
