I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Marketing and proudly served for nine years in the United States Air Force and Mississippi Air National Guard. My wife, Anna, and I live in Germantown with our rescue dog, Olive. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with family and friends. Role description: Davis McCord - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
