RN Home Health - 13 Week Contract | Tucker, GA, Local or Travel
13 weeks, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week. On-call info: On-call required if requested- on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs. Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours. Productivity Units: 30 units.
Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required.
- Active RN license (state)
- 2+ years Home Health experience
- 1-2 years RN clinical experience
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience - Required
- OASIS documentation experience - Required
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma - Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
Preferred:
- CHPN certification
