Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care, customer service, and teamwork
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
