Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay Start: $15 and up based on experience
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, productive, and takes pride in producing accurate work. Someone with previous embroidery machine experience would be preferred; however, a candidate with strong production experience, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn may also be considered

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate commercial multi-head embroidery machines to complete customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load garments and properly hoop apparel and other items for embroidery.
• Select and load appropriate thread colors based on job specifications.
• Set up embroidery jobs and ensure designs, placement, sizing, and colors match production requirements.
• Monitor machines throughout production and identify issues such as thread breaks, needle problems, misalignment, or other production errors.
• Trim excess thread and backing materials and perform finishing work on completed garments.
• Inspect finished products for embroidery quality, placement, accuracy, and overall appearance.
• Maintain an organized work area and keep equipment clean and ready for production.
• Assist with changing needles, bobbins, thread, and other basic machine components as needed.
• Follow production schedules and prioritize orders to help meet customer deadlines.
• Accurately count and organize completed products by order.
• Communicate production or quality concerns to the department lead or supervisor.
• Assist other members of the embroidery and production team as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial embroidery or decorated-apparel experience is preferred.
• Experience operating Tajima or similar multi-head embroidery equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to distinguish colors and identify embroidery defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal production instructions.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Willingness to learn embroidery equipment and production processes.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move boxes or garments as required.
• Ability to safely handle apparel and production materials throughout the workday.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $15.00 Per Hour
