Ventura MedStaff is seeking Nurse Recruiters to join our team!Job Summary:As a Nurse Recruiter with Ventura MedStaff, you will be building and maintaining relationships with quality healthcare professionals for our clients’ facilities.Duties and Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.Responsible for the recruitment cycle and management of healthcare professional; sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, housing, assignment and travel.Ability to solve problems when issues arise.Have effective communication with internal and external teams.Meet personal and team sales targets.Attend and participate in meetings and events that occur.Be the ambassador of the company, by providing a positive and professional manner to our travelers and clients.Performs other related duties, as assigned.Supervisory Duties:Oversee the daily workflow and assignments of their traveling employees.Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.Manage traveling employees time and attendance.Handles discipline and termination, in accordance with company policy.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
