What You'll Be Doing:
As a Respiratory Therapist with us, you'll be responsible for monitoring ventilators, administering therapeutic treatments, and performing patient assessments to help with diagnosis and recovery. You'll also educate patients and their families, helping them manage chronic respiratory conditions. Whether you're working in an intensive care unit or supporting long-term patients, your skills will make a real difference.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) who is as passionate about patient care as we are. Here's what we hope you bring to the table:
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy (or higher)
- CRT or RRT certification and valid Idaho state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work well in high-pressure situations
