Night Nurse (LPN/RN) – Private Duty At Phoenix, we provide exceptional one‑on‑one care to pediatric and young adult patients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs. Deliver focused one‑on‑one care while a single patient is under your supervision. Benefits and Compensation Structured shift options: Full‑Time, Part‑Time, or PRN. Premium pay: Weekday overnights: +$3/hr Weekend days: +$4/hr Weekend overnights: +$5/hr Confidence through training: hands‑on training for new grads and seasoned nurses to meet patient needs.
