We specialize in the deep cleaning and sanitation of indoor and outdoor playgrounds for premier clients like McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, and local churches. While the pandemic threw us a curveball, we are roaring back stronger than ever and looking for dedicated leaders to help us grow. We are based out of Denton and serve the DFW Metroplex

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Crew Supervisor to lead our morning routes. Starting at 5:00 AM to 11:00AM out of Denton, you will drive the company work truck to various client locations across the DFW Metroplex, lead the cleaning process, and ensure our high standards of sanitation are met before the businesses open.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Route: Drive the company work truck and crew safely from our Denton base to scheduled locations across the Metroplex.

• Execute & Oversee Cleaning: Perform and supervise high-standard deep cleaning and sanitizing of playground equipment.

• Quality Control: Ensure all safety and sanitation procedures are followed perfectly so that playgrounds are 100% ready for kids to play.

• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate your crew members to work efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience (highly preferred)

• Valid drivers license with good driving record

• Ability to maneuver through and around playground equipment

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
