At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $37.50 - $76.34, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

The OR nurse works in the state-of-the-art new Santagati Center, bringing Boston-caliber surgical sophistication to the Merrimack Valley. The Santagati Center has seven spacious surgical suites, including the only hybrid operating room in the region. Under the direction and leadership of the Nurse Manager, the Operating Room RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through knowledge of the nursing process and age specific requirements, and by following departmental and hospital policy and procedure. Performs as a member of the surgical team in delivery of patient care and assumes appropriate responsibilities before, during and after surgery. Qualified candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively document care, delegate assignments, relay information, and act as liaison between patient, physicians, and other hospital disciplines. Required:

• Massachusetts RN licensure,
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates (ASN) with a minimum of two years' experience in this specialty.
