Position: Cafe Attendant

Job Type: Part-time

Location: FFC Park Ridge

Compensation: $15.40 per hour

Shifts: Saturday 2pm-6pm and Sunday 7am-12:30pm (more shifts may be available in the coming months). Must be at least 21 years of age for this role as the ability to serve alcohol

Your Role

• Welcome with a smile: Greet every member by name and create a warm, positive experience from the moment they arrive
• Engage & assist: Use your strong communication skills to answer questions and assist customers with product selection, ensuring they have everything they need
• Keep it clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting caf area that reflects FFC's commitment to superior service
• Cash handling: Manage transactions accurately, ensuring that the register reflects all sales and services
• Food & safety: Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures according to local, state, and federal health codes
• Prepare delicious treats: Craft food and juice bar items following company recipes to delight our members
• Team collaboration: Work closely with your teammates and supervisor, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to keep the caf running smoothly

• Reliable & punctual: You can be counted on to show up on time and contribute to a smooth-running team
• Coachable & eager to learn: You're open to feedback and eager to grow in your role
• Food safety certification: You must obtain an Illinois Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment (at your own expense)

Our Commitment to Hospitality
