Quality Inspector

Quality InspectorJoin a quality-focused manufacturing team where precision matters.We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect precision-machined components and ensure they meet customer and engineering specifications. If you have experience using precision measuring equipment, reading blueprints, operating CMM equipment, and working within ISO quality systems, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoPerform first article, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured partsUse precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gages, dial indicators, and other inspection toolsOperate CMM equipment to verify product dimensions and specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and welding symbolsPerform gage calibration and maintain inspection equipmentConduct ISO quality audits and support compliance with quality management systemsDocument inspection results, nonconforming material, and quality reportsAssist with root cause investigations and corrective actionsWork closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concernsWhat We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience using precision measuring instrumentsAbility to read blueprints and understand GD&TKnowledge of ISO 9001 quality systemsExperience operating CMM equipment (Mitutoyo, CMM-Manager, or similar is a plus)Familiarity with welding symbols and weld inspectionStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentWhy Join Us?Stable full-time opportunityClean manufacturing environmentOpportunity to work with advanced inspection equipmentTeam-oriented workplace focused on quality and continuous improvementCompetitive pay based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
