What You'll Do
As a Cashier & Customer Service Associate, you'll be one of the first and last people our customers interact with. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring every transaction is accurate and efficient.

Customer Service

• Greet every customer with a smile and a friendly attitude.
• Answer customer questions or connect them with the appropriate department.
• Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the correct team member.
• Promote our rewards program, current promotions, and seasonal specials.

Daily Operations

• Operate our point-of-sale system for cash, credit, debit, and charge account transactions.
• Process returns, exchanges, payments, and deliveries according to company policies.
• Keep the checkout area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, pricing, and other store projects as needed.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.

Teamwork

• Work alongside teammates to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
• Stay productive throughout the day by helping wherever needed.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Previous cashier or retail experience is helpful but not required . We are happy to train the right person.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry merchandise up to 40 pounds, with occasional assistance for heavier items.
• Bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the store.
• Work indoors and occasionally outdoors while assisting customers.
