Production Worker

We are seeking hardworking and flexible individuals to join our production team as General Workers. Ideal candidates will be team players with a willingness to adapt to varying production needs. This role is perfect for individuals who have experience in food manufacturing, possess strong teamwork skills, and are comfortable working in cooler environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines and equipment for daily production runs, ensuring cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Retrieve the correct number of containers and lids from storage areas in preparation for production.
• Stage completed containers/crates in the production area (refrigerated/cooler) for further processing.
• Organize finished products in the freezer for storage and distribution.
• Carry out order selection tasks within the freezer area as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in food manufacturing, shipping and receiving, or working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using pallet jacks and familiarity with other material handling equipment.
• Comfortable with working in cool environments, typical of coolers and freezers.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality in the workplace.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexible availability, including the potential for varied shifts and overtime as needed.
