In this role, you'll lead installations from start to finish, mentor installers, and ensure every job meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. If you take pride in your work, enjoy leading a team, and want to be part of a company that's growing fast — this role is for you.What You'll Be DoingInstallation LeadershipLead and execute residential plumbing installations, including piping, fixtures, appliances, and related systems.Plan, organize, and manage installation projects to ensure efficient use of time, materials, and labor.Troubleshoot and solve installation challenges on-site with confidence and professionalism.Team LeadershipSupervise, mentor, and support Install Helpers to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and teamwork on every job.Customer ExperienceCommunicate clearly with homeowners, explaining project scope, timelines, and progress.Deliver a professional, positive experience from start to finish.Quality & ComplianceEnsure all installations meet local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations.Maintain accurate documentation for installations, materials, and timelines.Address post-installation follow-ups and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.CollaborationWork closely with the Installation Manager and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.What We're Looking ForExperienceMinimum 5 years of residential plumbing installation experience.Proven experience leading a team or managing installation projects.SkillsExpert knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and materials.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.Clear communication and customer-first mindset.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.Clean driving record required.Working ConditionsResidential job sites including new construction and renovations.Physical work including lifting, standing, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.Occasional evenings or weekends based on project needs.Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: $30-$45 hourlyCompetitive compensation based on experience and performanceBenefits Package Includes: Health insurance (75% employee / 25% family paid by employer)4% 401(k) matchPaid Sick time6 paid holidaysPaid vacationCompany-provided vehicle, tools, and equipmentOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesWhy Bumble Bee Home Services?At Bumble Bee Home Services, we're more than just a plumbing company we're a team that believes in doing things the right way.
