Now Hiring: Retail Assistant Manager
Are you a motivated leader who enjoys working with people and keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the team, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with opening and closing the store and daily operational tasks
- Prepare daily deposits, sales reports, and support administrative duties
- Help create staff schedules and ensure shifts are properly covered
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Learn the POS system and provide cashier coverage for breaks and lunches
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store while delivering exceptional customer service
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous retail and leadership experience
- Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills
- Can confidently resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is willing to respond to occasional weekend operational needs
