Penn State Health - Hershey Medical Center Location: US:PA: Hershey Work Type: Full Time FTE: 1.00 Shift: Varied Hours: 8 hour shift

Responsible for providing the prospective evaluation and monitoring of drug therapy and make patient specific recommendations to improve pharmacotherapy outcomes for hospitalized pediatric patients. Provide education regarding drug therapy to health care professionals, patients and caregivers as well as instruct and educate pharmacy students and pharmacy residents.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy required.
• ASHP-Accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy residency or 3 years of relevant clinical pharmacy experience required.
• Active and valid PA licensure or eligibility as a Pharmacist required.
