The ideal candidate:

• Has two to three years experience on highway construction projects.
• Can understand landscape system and irrigation system plans and specifications.
• Is able to plant trees, shrubs, and cacti.
• Knows irrigation points of connection.
• Understands irrigation pipes, valves, controllers, wiring, and so forth.
• Is familiar with ground cover: rock mulch and seeding.
• Supports landscaping and irrigation subcontractor with requests for information, shop drawing and compliance submittals, work and crew assignments, scheduling, quantity tracking, pay applications, record drawings, and so forth.
• Works primarily weekdays, with expected weekend work (Saturday, Sunday, or both).
• Has a civil engineering or construction management degree preferred, but not required.
