Content Scheduling & Operations Coordinator

Manage content release schedules, maintain programming calendars, coordinate launch dates across teams, and ensure content planning data is accurate within scheduling and content management systems.

The main responsibilities of this resource include:

• Own and maintain content/programming schedules and release calendars.
• Coordinate launch dates with local and global stakeholders.
• Update content management and scheduling systems with accurate data.
• Manage ticketing workflows and scheduling requests.
• Distribute programming calendars and communicate schedule changes.
• Support content planning, programming strategy, and launch operations.
• Perform data management and reporting using Excel and Airtable.

Must haves include:

• 2+ years in content planning, content scheduling, programming, content operations, streaming, or linear TV.
• Experience with CMS/content management systems and scheduling tools.
• Strong Airtable, Excel, G Workspace, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using project management tools (Jira is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Understanding of streaming, television programming, and audience viewing behavior.
