Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent (Grimsby)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a skilled demeanor, and experience in hospitality or front desk operations. Multilingual and bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse guest base effectively. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and during check‑in/check‑out processes Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi‑line phone systems Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent customer service skills Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and reporting Maintain accurate guest accounts and process payments efficiently Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times Follow proper phone etiquette when communicating with guests and vendors Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations during overnight shifts Experience Prior experience in front desk or hotel reception roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Robust customer service background with excellent communication skills Experience working with multi‑line phone systems and guest management software is a plus Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service best practices is advantageous Pay: $17.20‑$20.00 per hour Benefits On‑site gym In office parking Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Casablanca Hotel
