We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Sippican Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines, as well as established facility policies and procedures.

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients, participate in patient and family teaching, and provide leadership by working cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members.

• Supervise and assist in the development of plan of care for each resident.

Prerequisites:

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

• Current Certification of BLS Healthcare CPR in Adult, Child, and Infant.
