Inside Sales Specialist

My client, a manufacturer of wound care, clinical nutrition, and skin care products, is seeking someone with Inside Sales/Customer Service to join their growing team. They service Long-Term Care, Home Health, Hospice, HME, and independent clinics and physician offices across the United States, with a growing presence in the acute care market. The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, support order activity, and drive revenue through upselling and account growth. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries Manage order entry, tracking, and issue resolution Upsell, cross-sell, and reactivate dormant accounts Prepare quotes, follow up, and close opportunities Partner with field sales and coordinate with operations Requirements 5+ years in customer service or inside sales (medical products preferred) Experience working with distributors and healthcare customers Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Proven ability to grow accounts and drive revenue Profile Service-oriented with a commercial mindset Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure Confident working with decision-makers and cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Employbridge
