Our agency opened in 2010 and has grown into a high-performing team of 21 across two locations. I began my career as a State Farm team member, participated in the aspirant program, and went on to open my own agency, building a strong foundation for growth and development. I'm a Florida State alum, a proud husband, and a parent of three daughters. I love to travel and bring that same energy and positivity into the workplace. Role Description:

Rick Mottern - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
