We are looking for hardworking, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our espresso and front counter team.
Buscamos personas trabajadoras, amables y motivadas para formar parte de nuestro equipo de espresso y mostrador.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing espresso drinks, iced and hot beverages, taking customer orders, operating the register, assisting customers, stocking supplies, cleaning, organizing, and helping with other tasks throughout the store as needed.
En este puesto, será responsable de preparar bebidas de espresso, bebidas frías y calientes, tomar pedidos de clientes, manejar la caja registradora, atender a los clientes, reponer suministros, limpiar, organizar y ayudar con otras tareas de la tienda cuando sea necesario.

You will work closely with other team members to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service while maintaining the quality and consistency our customers expect.

• Our operating hours are 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Sunday . This is the business's operating schedule, not an individual employee's schedule.

• Being able to understand, speak, and read English is necessary and critical for this position.

• You must be able to understand customers, read order tickets, read recipes and instructions, understand labels and procedures, and communicate clearly with team members in English.

• Because this is a customer-facing position, sufficient English comprehension is required to perform the essential responsibilities of the job safely, accurately, and efficiently.

• You must be comfortable interacting directly with customers and providing friendly customer service.

• You will be responsible for learning how to prepare espresso drinks, coffees, refreshers, and other beverages according to our recipes and procedures.

Será responsable de aprender a preparar bebidas de espresso, cafés, refreshers y otras bebidas siguiendo nuestras recetas y procedimientos.

• You must be comfortable using a register/POS system and accurately entering customer orders.

Debe sentirse cómodo(a) utilizando la caja registradora/sistema POS e ingresando los pedidos correctamente.

• Cleaning is a required and important part of this position. You must be willing to clean, sanitize, sweep, mop, take out trash, wipe down equipment and surfaces, and maintain clean work areas throughout your shift.

La limpieza es una parte obligatoria e importante de este puesto. Debe estar dispuesto(a) a limpiar, desinfectar, barrer, trapear, sacar la basura, limpiar equipos y superficies, y mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias durante su turno.

• You must be willing to restock, organize, and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

• You must be open and willing to learn all areas of the operation. This position is not limited to only making drinks or working the register.

• Team members may be trained on different stations and asked to assist in other areas based on the needs of the business.

• You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment , especially during busy breakfast and lunch periods.

• Strong teamwork, communication, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.

• Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right person.

Se prefiere experiencia previa como barista, en cafeterías, restaurantes, caja registradora o servicio al cliente, pero no es obligatoria. Estamos dispuestos a capacitar a la persona adecuada.
