The posted compensation range of $18.06 - $25.51 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Pharmacy Student Intern at CHI Health Nebraska Heart, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting our pharmacists in delivering safe, accurate, and timely medication therapy. Whether you're beginning your pharmacy career or expanding your clinical experience, you'll play an important role in helping patients receive the medications they need throughout their recovery.

Every day you will assist with medication preparation, distribution, and inventory management while collaborating with pharmacists and clinical staff to support high-quality patient care. You'll build your knowledge in a fast-paced inpatient pharmacy setting where teamwork, accuracy, and exceptional service are essential.

• Prepare, fill, and distribute unit-dose medications while performing medication exchanges for designated nursing units.
• Assist pharmacists with the preparation of sterile intravenous admixtures under appropriate supervision.
• Maintain prescription records, answer and triage phone calls, and support efficient daily pharmacy operations.
• Monitor medication inventory levels, replenish stock, and maintain order-book items to ensure medications are available when needed for patient care.

• Registered in a school of pharmacy, 1-2 years
• Must be registered in Nebraska as a Pharmacy Intern, registration must be held in the State of Nebraska
