Contracts Management Analyst

You Are A Contracts Management Analyst that will support contracts management activities for the Defense Health Network Pacific Rim (DHN -PR) Headquarters. You will provide analytical, administrative, and documentation support to acquisition and contracts management personnel. Responsibilities

Support federal procurement and contract management activities, including acquisition planning, documentation, contract administration, and closeout support. Research procurement requirements, review supporting documentation, and identify missing information or actions needed for review. Assist with preparing and reviewing acquisition packages, requirements documents, market research, contract correspondence, and other supporting materials. Track contract milestones, deliverables, periods of performance, funding information, and pending actions. Analyze contract and procurement data, maintain tracking tools, and prepare reports, briefings, and status updates. Help identify contract management issues and develop recommended corrective actions for consideration. Coordinate with stakeholders and requiring activities to obtain information, resolve documentation gaps, and support timely completion of assigned actions. Maintain accurate, organized contract records and protect sensitive information. Perform support activities under direction; contracting decisions and approval authority remain with authorized officials. Bachelor’s degree. Relevant fields include business, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline. Five (5) or more years of federal contract management experience. DAWIA Level II certification in Contracting, FAC C certification in Contracting, or an equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of and demonstrated experience applying the Federal Acquisition Regulation, including FAR Parts 8, 12, 13, 15, 16.505, 19, and 37. Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Government personnel, internal team members, and other stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to meet on-site reporting requirements at the San Diego work location. Must be a US Citizen Additional Qualifications

Experience supporting DoD, DHA, military healthcare, or other federal healthcare acquisition activities. Former federal 1102 Contracting Series experience. Experience supporting multiple phases of the federal acquisition lifecycle. Experience preparing contract status reports, tracking funding and performance milestones, and supporting geographically dispersed stakeholders. Work Location The primary work location is DHN-PR Headquarters. This position may be performed on-site in San Diego or remotely, depending on business needs. Employees assigned to work remotely must maintain a suitable workspace and be available to work Pacific Time Zone hours. Work Environment This position operates in a professional office or approved remote work environment. The employee routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing systems, and other job-related technology. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required based on business needs. Travel Travel across the DHN-PR network may be required, potentially including Guam and Japan, subject to Government authorization and contract requirements. Benefits
