Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and service-focused  Catering Assistant Director to support our catering program. This role helps prepare catering orders, ensure order accuracy, and deliver orders to guests in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate enjoys serving others, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and packaging catering orders
• Assist in Communication with catering customers and building long term relationships
• Ensure all catering orders are accurate and ready on time
• Deliver and setup catering orders safely and professionally
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries
• Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure orders stay on schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized catering preparation area
• Secondary responsiblites in restaurant operations when not engaged in catering

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds tote bags for delivery
• Valid Missouri driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
