Landscape Crew Member

Smith Lawnscapes LLC, a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking a dependable Landscape Crew Member to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: Assist Crew Leaders with landscape installations Operate various hand tools and equipment, power tools, and equipment Perform daily inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance of equipment Plant and maintain lawns, landscape beds, trees, and plants Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape construction projects Follow company quality standards and all safety procedures Help keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional Qualifications: 1+ year of landscaping or general labor experience preferred Valid drivers license with a safe driving record Capable of operating the required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices Able to work independently and as part of a crew Ability to lift 50+ lbs., bend, kneel, and perform physical labor Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills What we offer: Competitive Pay Bonus Opportunities Opportunities for advancement Training and Development Health, Dental, and Vision Paid time off Retirement Plan Referral Program Life Insurance Working Conditions: Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
