Alpena, Michigan | Medical Oncology/Hematology Physician

$300,000 Start-Up Bonus

• Alpena, Michigan – northeast Michigan on Lake Huron
• Picturesque city with forests and clear water

• Traditional Monday–Friday with some flexibility
• Call: 1:3

• U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent – REQUIRED
• Board-eligible or Board-certified – REQUIRED
• Fellowship in hematology/oncology – REQUIRED
• Must have or be eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License

• Established cancer service line
• One other full-time physician on-site; second physician retiring in 2028
• On-site radiation oncology and experienced clinical staff
• Outreach work: Tawas, Michigan (2–4 days/month)
• EMR: EPIC
• Robust patient volumes and income potential

• One of two current physicians retiring in the next few years
