Parts Assistant

Parts Assistant

Our client, an industry leader in automotive engineering and motorsports, is seeking a Parts Assistant to join their team. As a Parts Assistant, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management, shipment processing, and internal parts movement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: 335 E. Baker St, Costa Mesa, CA, 92626

Pay Range: $26-$27/hr

Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Manage warehouse activities related to receipt and shipment of finished goods from multiple locations
Organize and label inventory to ensure proper tracking and storage
Receive and verify deliveries against packing slips and part travelers
Perform inventory counts and transactions within the ERP system
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload delivery vehicles

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED and a valid Driver's License
Forklift Certification is required
Previous warehouse experience is essential
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
