Scan Coordinator

Responsibilities Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including updating shelf signs, tags and promotional signs. Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and pricing signage in all departments. Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations. Work quickly and accurately to support pricing integrity in the store. Qualifications At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or equivalent education and experience. Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage scanning programs and maintain reports and schedules, and understanding of billing and accounting principles. Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors. Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates. Read, create, and post price tags and signs; good vision to read and set signs; ability to staple, scan, and use a computer to activate new pricing; use a step ladder. Lift boxes weighing up to 17 lb. and of various sizes up to 34 in. over a distance of 8 ft for up to 1 hour; walk up to 4 miles per 8 h day. Perform repetitive crouching, kneeling, or squatting up to 50 h to access a point 6 in. from the ground. Pay range The pay range for this position is $17.65 – $26.45 per hour.
