Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech - Full Time

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist for a permanent role with an area healthcare client in Salina, KS. The technologist will perform a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images and ensure patient safety and comfort. Work settings include Radiology Department, Emergency Department, Operating Room, and bedside imaging. The technologist will position patients, set exposure factors, practice radiation safety, assist Radiologists as needed, and interact with clinical information systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered or registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist.
• Kansas state license for Radiology Technology is required.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) credential or graduate eligible for exam is highly preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. BLS may be obtained within the first 90 days of employment if not held at hire.
• Experience performing diagnostic radiographic procedures on all patient populations (neonate through geriatric) is preferred.
• Ability to operate radiographic equipment in multiple settings including Emergency Department and Operating Room.
• Willingness to work primarily first shift weekdays with rotating weekends and holidays as required.
