Neuroscience Sales Specialist (Madison, WI)- Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist for the Madison, Wisconsin territory to drive sales performance for CAPLYTA® and other neuroscience products. The role involves territory management, healthcare provider engagement, and strategic planning within compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet territory forecasts through in-person and virtual HCP office and mental health center engagement
- Develop and execute local strategic and tactical business plans with effective budget allocation
- Build and maintain deep product and disease state knowledge for clinical conversations
- Monitor local market dynamics, practice structures, and key influencers; share insights with stakeholders
- Manage administrative tasks including call data, customer objectives, expense reporting, and training completion
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar disorder sales experience highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Strong integrity and compliance awareness
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent collaboration skills
