Job Summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a passionate and experienced Patient Food Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team on-site at Mayo Clinic in La Crosse, WI .

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the patient experience while leading a dedicated team in a respected healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee patient food service operations based on medical direction and patient population needs.

• Hire, coach, train, and develop a high-performing patient services team.

• Ensure special diets and dietary restrictions are followed while supporting patient preferences within diet-order guidelines.

• Drive patient satisfaction and deliver exceptional service to patients and their families.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, accrediting, HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights standards.

• Lead patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs.

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to promote safety, quality, and an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with at least one year of foodservice or related experience, or a bachelor's degree in foodservice technology, management, or a related field.

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Dietetic Technician (RDN/RDT), or Registered Dietitian credential preferred.

• At least one year of foodservice management experience, preferably in an acute care setting.

• ServSafe® certification preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet office systems.
