We architect, design, deploy, administer, support, and maintain global deployments of database activity monitoring capabilities. We have strong technical backgrounds, the ability to troubleshoot complex problems, innovative thinking, excellent communication, and a willingness to drive customer satisfaction directly with end users.The Expertise You HaveBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience requiredExperience talking to product teams, collecting business requirements, and converting them into system requirementsExperience designing and building products or in-house solutions from the ground upTechnical skills (e.g., SQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript, Java, or Python)Demonstrated ability in a cloud DevOps role; cloud architecture and solutions experience requiredCI/CD pipeline automation and orchestration utilizing GitHub, Artifactory, and Jenkins Core, as well as scripting knowledge (Python, Shell) requiredExperience working with cloud computing technologies (MS Azure/AWS) requiredExperience in cybersecurity database activity logging and monitoringExperience with AWS CloudWatchNice to have: experience with Guardium, jSonar, and SplunkExperience working with global teams across different time zonesAWS or Azure certification preferredExperience working with Agile Scrum methodologyThe Skills You BringStrong knowledge of supporting operating systems (Linux and Windows) from an engineering standpointStrong knowledge of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid application deployment modelsExperience with ITIL or another IT service management frameworkExcellent system analysis and problem-solving skillsExperience troubleshooting difficult technical problemsStrong knowledge in engineering phased/layered test approachesExperience working in financial services industries
