Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 Schedule: Onsite Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PT Pay Rate: $26.00/hour Position Overview A leading fashion company is seeking a detail-oriented and approachable HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, providing HR support while ensuring accurate administrative and data management. Key Responsibilities Serve as a resource for employees regarding general HR inquiries Process termination paperwork and maintain accurate employee records Perform data entry and update HR systems with employee information Provide general administrative support to the HR team Assist with maintaining organized and compliant documentation Qualifications Bilingual required (English + Spanish preferred) Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and HR systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment Professional, responsive, and team‑oriented mindset Fully onsite role in a warehouse setting Fast‑paced, high‑volume environment requiring urgency and adaptability Frequent interaction with employees across operations Additional Context Team works closely with operations and portfolio functions in a highly dynamic environment Ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented Must be comfortable managing shifting priorities and last‑minute changes Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and initiative is essential EEO / Fair Chance We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
