Assistant Manager

Role Overview The Assistant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to company standards. They lead, coach, and develop team members, maintaining a positive work environment and high performance levels. Key Responsibilities Complete all required training, including management development and food safety certifications. Enhance guest satisfaction through team training and coaching. Create and manage work schedules, delegate shift duties, and communicate expectations. Supervise team performance, conduct reviews, and foster a positive culture. Handle guest and team concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety, and legal standards. Maintain accurate records and utilize management tools effectively. Support safety procedures, report issues, and perform other operational duties. Qualifications & Skills Must be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Open availability, flexible schedule, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 1-3 years management experience, preferably in a restaurant setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stand, and operate restaurant equipment safely. Excellent communication and observational skills. Additional Requirements Ability to work in varied temperature environments, handle food allergens, and use equipment like fryers and knives responsibly.
