Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers. Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller. Provide accurate information to the caller. Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers. Resolve the callers' needs. Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller. Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures. Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Training will be onsite from 8am-4:30pm for the first 6-8 weeks or until successful completion of training. Monday-Friday. Permanent schedule once successful completion of training will be 9:30am-6pm or 10:30am-7pm. This is a hybrid position. If requirements are not met consistently, you will be brought back onsite. Location: 5101 Jefferson Commerce Blvd. Louisville, KY 40219 Qualifications Previous call center experience preferred. Previous healthcare experience desired Excellent interpersonal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
