We’re excited to a one-of-a-kind caregiving opportunity that helps seniors remain independent in their own homes. Unlike traditional caregiving roles, this opportunities overs Caregivers and CNAs the opportunity to work out of one of our senior living community partners to offer brief (15 min to 60 min) specialized visits that make a big difference without long one-on-one shifts.

 

REQUIREMENTS
We hire Care Professionals who meet the following criteria :

• Minimum 1-year of Professional caregiving — assisting seniors with ADLs such as grooming, bathing, mobility, toileting, dressing, and meal support
• Availability for at least 3 consecutive days — including one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) on an ongoing basis.
• • ​​​​​3‐Day Examples : Sunday–Monday–Tuesday or Thursday–Friday–Saturday
  • 4‐Day Examples : Sunday–Monday–Tuesday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Thursday–Friday–Saturday
• Availability for 12+ hour shifts (7AM to 7PM OR 8AM to 8PM)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and eligibility per the IDPH Caregiver Registry
• Ability to pass a national background check and drug screen
• Availability within our service area — Immediate openings in Evanston, Wilmette, Lincolnwood, and Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago. Other service areas include Downtown Chicago (Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, North/Northwest), Des Plaines (northwest suburbs), Oak Park
• Professional caregiving (Minimum 1-2 years) — including assisting seniors with ADLs such as grooming, bathing, mobility, toileting, dressing, and meal support
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and eligibility per the IDPH Caregiver Registry
• Ability to pass a national background check and drug screen
