Residential Counselor - Crisis Diversion Home (4508) Sign-On Bonus: Take advantage of our new sign-on bonus! Job Type/Status: Fee for Service Duties and Responsibilities: Assists with the admission process on new client admissions and orientation procedures and schedules. Co-facilitate all orientation groups and daily living skills groups. Know where clients are at all times. Provides liaison with staff and other staff to ensure that all clients' needs are be met. Provides supervision of meals, including supervision of servers and clean-up crew after each meal. Ensure that garbage is disposed of properly after each meal. Monitor rooms to ensure cleanliness after each activity. Participate in required staff training and staff meetings as scheduled. Supervise clients with emphasis on client safety and well-being. Remind clients of program rules and regulations as necessary and report infractions appropriately. Provide emotional support for clients while referring them to therapy staff to deal with clinical issues. Complete all assigned paperwork in a neat, accurate and timely manner. Complete incident reports according to policy in a timely, accurate manner. Communicate with other staff as necessary to promote quality client care. Observe and report safety, maintenance problems. Exercise sound professional judgment and seek assistance as necessary to effectively manage client behavior. Follows all company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
